1. Who we are

Reclaimed is operated by Kendra Lee, sole proprietor, based in Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. Contact: support@reclaimyourname.life.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account info (name, email, password hash) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
  • Organization info (business name, role) — to scope cases and team membership. Legal basis: contract.
  • Review text and case content you submit — to score and prepare dispute requests. Legal basis: contract.
  • Evidence files you upload — stored privately to support disputes. Legal basis: contract.
  • IP address (hashed) on the public scorer — to rate-limit abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Usage telemetry and logs — to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Support correspondence — to respond to inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting and database — Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
  • AI processing — Lovable AI Gateway for review-scoring and dispute-drafting models.
  • Payment processingStripe Payments Canada, Ltd. for card processing, tax calculation, invoicing, refunds, and subscription billing. Reclaimed (Kendra Lee, sole proprietor) is the merchant of record.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably required.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area, depending on the location of our subprocessors. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. How long we keep data

  • Account data — while your account is active, plus 12 months.
  • Evidence files and case content — until you delete them or close your account.
  • Public scorer entries (hashed IP + review text) — 90 days.
  • Billing records — as required by tax and accounting law (typically 6–7 years).

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (PIPEDA federally, Alberta PIPA provincially, and GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on database tables, private storage for evidence files, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide a cookie banner for consent where required.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post material changes here with a revised "Last updated" date.
