Reclaimed is operated by Kendra Lee, a sole proprietor based in the Province of Alberta, Canada (the "Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if acting for an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
Reclaimed analyzes online reviews against published platform policies (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook and similar) and helps users prepare and submit removal requests. Outputs are produced by automated AI scoring and human review.
You will not (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, (b) submit false evidence or impersonate another party, (c) attempt to remove reviews you know to be truthful first-hand customer accounts, (d) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, (e) probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security, or (f) scrape or resell the Service or its outputs.
We retain all rights in the Reclaimed platform, including the scoring engine, dispute templates, policy library, brand, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
Verdicts, citations, and drafted dispute letters are guidance, not legal advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every output, verifying its accuracy, and confirming it reflects truthful facts before submitting it to any review platform or third party. Reclaimed does not guarantee any specific removal outcome — final decisions rest with the platform operator.
Reclaimed is operated by Kendra Lee (sole proprietor, Canada) as the merchant of record for all orders. Card processing, tax calculation, and invoicing are handled by Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. as our payment processor. By placing an order you also agree to Stripe's end-user terms. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated and collected at checkout where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel future renewals at any time from Settings → Billing, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
See our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, issued directly to your original payment method via Stripe.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms, (b) non-payment, (c) suspected fraud or abuse, (d) security risk, or (e) repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will, on request within 30 days, provide a reasonable export of your case data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of AI outputs, your submissions to third-party platforms, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Alberta.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
