Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your Reclaimed purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No restrictive qualifiers — change of mind is enough.

How to request a refund

Reclaimed is operated by Kendra Lee (sole proprietor, Canada) as the merchant of record for all orders. Card processing and tax calculation are handled securely by Stripe.

  • Email us at support@reclaimyourname.life with your order email and the charge date — we'll issue the refund directly through Stripe.
  • Subscribers can also cancel future renewals at any time from Settings → Billing in the app.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. By default, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep access to what you've already paid for. The 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent charge.

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days we evaluate refund requests case-by-case in good faith. Reach out at support@reclaimyourname.life and we'll do what we can.
